Rally/Obedience Instruction

These classes address the rules and regulations of Rally from Novice to Masters and Obedience at the Novice level. Individual skills within rally/obedience are focused on the team’s skill level. Skills addressed include heeling, positional changes, moving stands/down, stays, backing up, spins, go outs, side stepping, stand for exam, and pivoting.  Teams will work on engagement, fading reinforcers, chaining behaviors, set up routines and ring entrances. On alternate weeks, rally courses are set up for practice.

If you have permission to take Step 5: Intro to Competition Skills or Advanced Rally Instruction navigate to the Rally/Obedience page and enter the password to the purchasing site. This information will be shared with you upon class entry approval.
