We always welcome new members to the New England Dog Training Club, and encourage you to come to the club as often as you like for training, tune-ups and new skills! You do not need an AKC registered breed to be a member!
To apply for membership, download and mail a membership form along with your dues to the address on the form. The signatures required on the form will be collected by the board, so no need to worry about them!
Members are entitled to a discount at all drop-in classes (Advanced Beginner, Rally, Novice, Open and Utility), as well as discounts and invitations to Club events and seminars. Events include our yearly membership banquet where we celebrate our accomplishments for the year (both in competition and out of it); recent seminars have included Patricia McConnell, and a hands-on Tellington T-Touch workshop.
Members are also eligible to check books out of our lending library, sign up for our group email list, where we discuss local and national dog issues, training tips, brags, personal news, and training/equipment tips!
Memberships are $25 per year (one membership per household) You must be 18 years or older to be in the Armory without an adult present, but children over 13 are welcome to come train their dogs with an instructor's approval.
We also have a subscription-only membership at $15 per year, available to those who would like to receive our monthly club newsletter, but are unable to train their dogs with us on a regular basis.
