ANNUAL TROPHIES

NEDTC awards a trophy to any active member whose dog has acquired a Canine Good Citizen certificate during the club year. 

NEDTC awards a trophy to the active members whose dogs are given their final qualifying scores in obedience during the club year. 

NEDTC offers a trophy to any active member whose dog has acquired any other AKC performance title during the club year.

NEDTC offers a trophy for the member whose dog wins the most blue ribbons in AKC licensed obedience trials.  If more than one dog qualifies, the trophy goes to the dog having the highest number of points. 

NEDTC awards a trophy to the Novice dog whose C.D. title is won with the highest total number of points. 

NEDTC awards a trophy to the Open dog whose C.D.X. title is won with the highest total number of points. 

NEDTC awards a trophy to the Utility dog whose U.D. title is won with the highest total number of points. 

The Selma Meyer Memorial Trophy is awarded to the active member whose dog earns the highest qualifying score in any class at an NEDTC obedience trial held during the club year.  A replica will be awarded at the club's annual dinner; the winner's name and year of win will be inscribed on a plaque on the trophy's wooden base.  (This trophy can only have one winner and is awarded to the team with the highest score from the two NEDTC trials.)
